The exhibition on Tulips, open to the general public and flower enthusiasts, provides insights into the different varieties of tulips on display, their origins, and unique characteristics.

Photography enthusiasts are in for a treat with a photo competition held during the festival. With the vibrant hues of the tulips as their backdrop, participants can capture stunning images and showcase their creativity.

The tulips showcased at the festival come in seven distinct varieties, each with its own blooming cycle. Thanks to the NDMC’s efforts and the Dutch Embassy’s support, three lakh tulip bulbs were sourced from the Netherlands, with an additional 40,000 bulbs generously provided by the Embassy. These tulips bloom in eight enchanting colors, including white, yellow, red, pink, orange, purple, black, and yellow-red, adding a kaleidoscope of hues to the landscape.

Visitors to the Tulip Festival will have the opportunity to marvel at the beauty of these blooms, with the purple and white tulips already in full splendor. In addition to the Tulip Festival, the NDMC has planned a series of upcoming events to engage further and delight the public.
